  • Begin building your GAIA Portfolio and preparing for your Practical Assessment
What associate membership does not permit
  • Registration on the list of GAIA instructors
  • Independently advertising as a qualified GAIA Instructor
  • Cover under the GAIA insurance unless working under supervision of a Full Member

Full Membership

£100.00 pa

Additional benefits of Full Membership

Full membership is only offered to Associate Members who obtain a GAIC instructor certificate. The GAIC award is the minimum requirement of a GAIA Instructor and Full Membership.

You must be over 18 years of age to become a GAIA Instructor and therefore become a Full Member. This is due to insurance

  • Full trade listing on the GAIA website
  • Ability to publish articles in "Members' Contributions" section of the website.
  • Professional Insurance – Specific sports coaching third party insurance
  • Continual Personal & Professional Development (CPPD) events.
  • A professional support structure both social and technical.
  • International recognition of the GAIA awards.
  • Trade discounts from numerous game-angling tackle manufacturers.
  • Special Members Only Offers (over and above our trade discount)
