Although GAIA as an organisation does not offer fishing breaks, many GAIA Instructors do and can arrange both fishing and accommodation to suit your needs. Use Find an Instructor Advanced Search select "Fishing Breaks" from the Services menu then search to find all of the GAIA Instructors who offer these services. Get in touch with them directly using an enquiry form or visit their website to see if they offer services that meet your requirements.
