GAIA Eastern Region - "Mayfly Meeting" - Blackdyke Fishery - 26th May 2024

Dear Members
The next regional meeting is scheduled for 26th May 2024 at Blackdyke fishery - Burdock Ln, Feltwell, Hockwold cum Wilton, Thetford IP26 4JW.
You will see from the poster that in conjunction with Dean Barton - the Fishery owner - we are looking to offer GAIA casting and fishing instruction for ad hoc coaching on the day to the Fishery's regular fishers.

This will be an opportunity to broaden GAIA’s profile as well as offering opportunities for CPPD for full and associate members.

I hope that the local population of E. danica will cooperate and allow the day to live up to its title.
Regan Skinner will be demonstrating tying various mayfly patterns.
Dean is currently promoting the event to his regular clientele and is hoping for an enthusiastic response and will keep me updated on possible numbers.
Lunch and beverages will be provided on the day, the cost will be in the region of £15 [tbc] and any fishing post-session will be at your own expense and be arranged with Dean directly.

This is then a request for expressions of interest in attending and participation.
